1. Service Overview
BaiYi Studio is an internal content operations platform used by authorized staff to manage channel assignments, upload tasks, video metadata, subtitles, thumbnails, and public video statistics.
2. Data We Process
We may process account login information, assigned channel records, upload task metadata, local uploaded files, thumbnails, captions, public video URLs, and public video statistics such as view counts. We do not display revenue, RPM, CPM, or estimated earnings.
3. Use of Google and YouTube API Services
BaiYi Studio uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services only after an authorized administrator grants access. The service may use permissions required to upload videos, manage video metadata, manage captions, set thumbnails, and read public channel/video information.
4. Storage and Retention
OAuth tokens are stored on the server for authorized channels. Uploaded task files and metadata are retained only for operational needs and may be deleted by administrators according to business requirements.
5. Data Refresh and Deletion
Public video data may be refreshed periodically or manually by authorized users. Local task records may be deleted from BaiYi Studio. Deleting a local task record does not delete the actual video from the connected video platform unless a separate authorized deletion function is explicitly provided.
6. Access Control
Access is role-based. Super administrators and administrators manage accounts and channel assignments. Uploaders can only access channels assigned to them.
